New technology is bringing about some significant changes in who holds the basic skills. Historically, older people have had claim to the experience and skills.  In our present world there are some important areas in which the younger person may have the greater skill.  In many cases this skill rests on the newer developments of the rapidly changing world of personal communications. Devices such as gaming systems, Xbox, PlayStation, WII etc. along with IPods and cellular or mobile phones, tablets such as Ipads and even computers are those that have a special appeal to younger members of this society.  In many cases, they have become the experts regarding these.  At the least, they are experts in how these devices function regarding their particular areas of interest.,
